In Yes, I Can Can, Becky has created an exciting race between three flute players, using sports songs and racing music in this tribute written before the Sydney 2000 Olympics. The flute trio ‘can can’ would suit any sports preparation with some fun for those who enjoy the sport of performance-enhanced music.
Written in 2000, this 7-minute piece is suitable for secondary and tertiary students. It was premiered at the ACME New Music for Tristram Cary Honorary Concert with new Music Australia and ABC Classic FM.
